Check out this new cable rail, clear dome roof hatch and vinyl decking membrane that we just installed. It allows access to a great view  overlooking the roof tops!

This home was originally built in the 1700’s. The scope of the project was to increase the size of the living room by adding a 8’x24′ addition on the back of the house. We used Andersen windows and door, red cedar clapboards, and GAF roof shingles. We installed a Heat n Glo Phoenix vented gas fireplace and built in bookshelves. We built two beams and trimmed the room with custom trim and crown molding.
